# Change IBAN

Please open a support ticket [here](https://support.easypay.pt/en/knowledge-base/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en) requesting an IBAN change, with the subject: “IBAN Change – NIF: XXXX”, and attach the following:

- Proof of the new IBAN (issued within the last 6 months);
- Also indicate which Account (or Payment Accounts) the change should apply to.
