To add and activate Visa and Mastercard cards as payment methods, easypay must submit your website and business information for acquirer approval.
If you are not yet an easypay client, first check whether your business is included in the list of prohibited or restricted activities requiring approval. If it is included, open a support ticket here explaining the business activity you intend to carry out.
If you are already an easypay client and you want to add Visa and Mastercard payments, simply open a support ticket request here.
If you are onboarding with easypay, when selecting cards as a payment method during onboarding, easypay will automatically review your website for submission to the acquirers.

- Company address and contracting entity name
- Cancellation policy
- Refund policy for goods/services
- Logos of available payment methods (Visa and Mastercard)
- Visible products/services with prices and transaction currency
- Shipping information (pricing, methods, conditions, delivery times) or service delivery terms
- Website accessible via https.
