New easypay Backoffice
In the coming months, we will gradually update the backoffice to make it simpler and more intuitive, and to provide easier access to relevant information for your business.

How information will be organized in Backoffice 2.0
We have divided the sidebar as follows, where you can access information and perform possible actions related to:

BENEFICIARY, including all beneficiary data – merchant.

PAYMENTS, divided by type: single, frequent, subscription, outpayments.

MANAGEMENT, including Accounts / Fee Payment Account and Team & Security.

SETTINGS, email configuration and all tools needed for developers.

APPS, Pay by Link, eCommerce (plugins), Forms, Sandbox environment.

Change notification: activation of a change notification in Backoffice 1.0

2.0 sidebar: launch of the 2.0 sidebar

Coexistence of Backoffice 1.0 and 2.0: from this point on, until the migration to Backoffice 2.0 is completed, two applications will coexist: Backoffice 1.0 and 2.0

Information: in Backoffice 1.0, we will inform that the subscription payments menu will only be available in Backoffice 2.0

Subscription menu 2.0: launch of the subscription menu in 2.0

Subscription menu 1.0: the subscription payments menu in 1.0 will become unavailable

Information: easypay will inform that the homepage is about to change. The homepage will contain relevant information in an easy-to-read format

Homepage 1.0: the 1.0 homepage will become unavailable
