Check when easypay transfers the money
easypay allows you to start using payment instruments before the account opening process is completed. This means you can start receiving payments immediately. The funds will be transferred to the bank account (IBAN) you provide as soon as the account opening process is completed. In other words, after receiving the Membership Proposal, you must sign it and return it by mail to easypay.
If you prefer, you may also choose to start using easypay services only after the signed Membership Proposal has been received and returned.
In the “Beneficiary” menu, once the IBAN is associated with the Payment Account, it means that easypay has completed the account opening process.
How do I know how much and when easypay will transfer the money?easypay groups all payments with the same transfer date into a single batch and transfers the total amount to the respective IBAN.
To check the batches and payments that have already been paid but not yet transferred, follow these steps:
-
Enter the easypay Backoffice;

- ‘Accounts’;
- ‘Transfer Batches’;

-
Check the ‘Transfer Date’ column.
